President Bush displaces American truckers out of their jobs within 45 days with his Mexican trucker pilot program. Bush signed a bill that allows thousands of substandard 18 wheeler long haul rigs from Mexico onto America’s Interstate system. Mexican drivers, who can’t read, speak or understand English--receive full access to America’s highways.

Bush places all American motorists at risk with Mexican drivers with average 6th grade educations from a Third World country, gross incompetence and habitually drunk Mexican drivers as well as their unsafe trucks and trailers. Not only will American truckers lose their jobs, but American motorists become collateral damage in accidents guaranteed to occur.

Bush’s action mandates American truckers’ jobs vanishing with a new version of: “Mexican drivers do the jobs that American truckers won’t do.”

Federal Reserve: Hiding 9-11 Evidence?

March 26, 2007

Last Friday, we noticed a news item that was picked up by the on-line news service, Freedoms Phoenix Headline News out of Phoenix, Arizona.

The story is about William Bergman a senior analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago whose employment with the Bank was abruptly terminated after he sought answers to a question relating to an investigation he had been directed to undertake.

The Light of 911 Truth Shines Brighter....

Mark Cuban Exposes O'Reilly Hypocrisy On Radio Broadcast

Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet
Saturday, March 24, 2007

Billionaire Mark Cuban, the owner of the Dallas Mavericks who is set to finance a cinema release of Loose Change narrated by Charlie Sheen, exposed Bill O'Reilly's rampant hypocrisy concerning his coverage of the 9/11 truth movement on the Fox News host's radio show yesterday.

Offering the entire 18 minute segment will probably result in Bill calling on Fox security to pay us a visit so here's a 9 minute clip instead.

O'Reilly admits right off the bat that he has not even seen Loose Change, following in the trend of his fellow debunkers who have already arrived at a judgment without even checking the evidence. Bill's mind is made up! Don't bother him with the facts!

If you believe there should be no borders marking a specific entity called the United States of America, then a North American Union will not concern you. If you believe nationalism, meaning love and pride of country, is a bad thing, then a North American Union will not concern you. If you believe government control of the market, of health care, and of energy policy is a positive force, then a North American Union will not concern you. If you believe anyone should be allowed to enter our nation, even illegally, obtain work, taxpayer-paid social programs, and owe no allegiance to the U.S., then a North American Union will not concern you.

On the other hand, if you believe the United States is the most unique nation on Earth with a government designed to protect your natural liberties, an economic system unlike any other -designed to create economic independence, and a judicial system unknown to any other nation, then a North American Union is a threat to all you hold dear. The Nwo may destroy itself for all the power it has now it just has to keep pushing and pushing until the public, who up 'til now have shown they don't want to fight, will have to stand up and fight for themselves. Ironic.

You're right as long as the public doesn't fight back it will get even worse in the coming years if that's possible.
I don't think all is lost though as surely even the too-tolerant public will baulk at the suffocating tyranny now being implemented. The UK is now the UKSSR - 30 min interviews for passport applicants announced today! I wonder when they'll build the wall? It'll be like Cuba where people can't leave and are shot if they try. Like old E Germany, the UK today is utterly stifling.

The United States of America was created to be a Constitutional Republic, not a democracy. A Constitutionally limited republic is restricted to the protection of individual rights. As outlined in our Constitution, the role of the federal government is strictly controlled in well-defined responsibilities. According to the 10th Amendment, all other powers and responsibilities are assigned to the 50 individual, sovereign States, which also are Republican governments.

A democracy is ruled by a majority of votes. Under such a system, no rights may be guaranteed since a simple majority can overturn them. The result of a democracy is a form of collectivism, which denies individual rights. Click here for more.

"This is what we should be learning in school, but are not. The reason why is obvious once we see this or other videos or books on the subject. "If the public had the power to withdraw their money from govts the mad, far left politically correct schemes/"art" would never be funded. Leftists know this which is why they are against it but they also fail to realise that mad warmongers would not be funded either (at least not by an informed public). This is why all taxation should be voluntary - it stops tyrants and greedy politicians of either "side" taking advantage of compulsory coercion for political or personal gain."

Idiocracy (2006)

The purpose of the program set up by the Pentagon, called the "Human Hibernation Project," is designed so that the military can save their best men for when they're needed most. According to the officers heading the project, too many times the talents and expensive training of the best pilots and soldiers go to waste during times of peace. So they enlist Bauers (Wilson), the most under-achieving average guy they've got, to be the test subject for the initial hibernation experiment. Also participating in the top-secret program is Rita (Rudolph), a prostitute who agreed to take part in exchange for dropping some criminal charges against her, among other things. Of course, the experiment, which was to last only a year, goes under due to the arrest of Officer Collins, who is busted for heading a prostitution ring. Seeing as though he was in charge of the experiment, one of the only ones who knew of its existence, and "due to a lot of top-secret red tape... and the massive scandals and base closure that followed, Joe and Rita were forgotten about. Liberty Dollar sues the US Mint

Your urgent assistance is requested:

On Tuesday, March 20, 2007 the Liberty Dollar filed suit against the U.S. Mint in U.S. District Court in Evansville Indiana. The organization asked the court to declare that the use of the Liberty Dollar is not a 'federal crime,' as claimed by the U.S. Mint. And the organization further asked the court to enter a permanent injunction against the U.S. Mint requiring it to remove any reference that the use of Liberty Dollars is a federal crime from its website.

Of course the US Mint allegation is not the law, in fact, it is a lie. The federal lawsuit Bernard von NotHaus individually and d/b/a Liberty Dollar v. Henry M. Paulson, Jr, Secretary of the Treasury, Alberto R. Gonzales, Attorney General of the United States, and Edmond C. Moy, Director, United States Mint can be viewed by clicking the link.

Trust me, this lawsuit is no small matter. Nor is the cost. Initially estimated at $100,000 – we simply have no idea what the actual total cost will be. But it is not cheap to sue the US government that makes their money out of thin air and pays their attorneys with your income tax dollars.

Please let me be blunt, honest and to the point: We need your help, please. For more info and to make a small donation to this important case, please click HERE.

I know not how you may decide but for me: Give me Liberty Dollars – or give me death. For it is only by banding together and adopting a free and independent currency which provides us with "just weights and measures" will we be able to throw off the yoke of a manipulated monetary/tax system and generate a peaceful and prosperous society.

Thank you again for all your efforts to return America to value – one dollar at a time!

30-day Countdown to War

Bob Moriarty
Mar 11, 2007

We are almost certainly in the last days of a countdown to nuclear war. Israel has made plans to attack Iran in a war of aggression, which will probably begin with some staged attack such as the attack on the USS Liberty in 1967.

Bush and the Gang of Fools in Washington will be part of it; we don't have two carrier groups in the Middle East to support tourism. When it happens, kiss the dollar and the United States of America goodbye. If you don't own gold now, buy some fairly soon. My experience as a combat intelligence officer tells me the attack will be in the next month.

China and the 1 Trillion Dollars (for starters)

By Walter Burien -

As we all know, first cheap and now high-tech Chinese goods have saturated the US Market for well over a decade now.

This created a very large strain on the balance of trade between the US and China.

Additionally, the Chinese government to keep that imbalance running at full steam kept their currency the Yuan pegged to the dollar so that their currency would maintain at a fixed "low" rate to the dollar and thus their manufactured goods would remain cheap in comparison to US Goods where their currency would not appreciate to the dollar and thus cheaper Chinese products.

The US Government and manufactures here in the US were not happy with China's currency strategy and for the last several years put the pressure on China to stop pegging their currency the Yuan to the dollar and move to a basket of currencies to determine the Yuan's value. Well, after severe pressure exerted by the US Government, about six months ago China buckled and un-pegged the Yuan from the dollar and went to a basket of currencies pegged to the Yuan.

This left China holding about 2.5 trillion dollars now up for investment. Click here for more.

Unconstitutional - The War on Our Civil Liberties

Most American's don't understand their own history

I find that most American's don't understand their own history. The public schools rewrite it. If only people knew the real reason why we don't have a law for an income tax in this country: Our forefathers designed it that way. I think that more people would be accepting of the idea that there is no law requiring individuals to pay income tax if they understood why our forefathers gave us the Constitution that they did.

Our American forefathers knew what they were doing when they made federal income taxes illegal. They were fully aware that history abounded with examples of governments encroaching on the liberties of its citizens. James Madison wrote, "Since the general civilization of mankind, I believe there are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpation." This is the reason why they only gave the federal government two means of collecting taxes, knowing full well that it is taxes that grow governments.

The first method allows the federal government to tax the states (direct taxes apportioned). This forces the federal government to negotiate with entities large and powerful enough to resist. This provides for the balance of power principle our forefathers valued so immensely and interwove so intricately into a government that has thus far withstood the test of time.

The second method allowed for the federal government to tax the individual, but only if the individual had the option not to pay those taxes, as is the case for alcohol, and tobacco (indirect taxes unapportioned). This allowed an individual to say within their selves, "I do not like the way my government is spending my money, so I am not going to give them anymore by buying this or that product that I would enjoy ordinarily." The decision to buy or not to buy is far easier and far more effective than hitching a ride on a horse and carriage to Washington and holding up placards. Our forefathers knew that the demands of life do not always allow us the time to formally petition our government. Besides, placards can be ignored. The purse ... not so easy.

Instead of our forefather's original vision, today we have the federal government railroading the individual into paying income taxes under threat of prison or the confiscation of their property. Just as our forefathers feared, the federal government has grown large and unaccountable to the people, sending "swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out of their substance." (Declaration of Independence.) And the federal government actively does all of this without ever having altered the Constitution (in other words, illegally). Click here for more.

Ron Paul Formally Announces His Campaign For The Presidency in 2008

March 12, 2007

In a 30 min interview on C-SPAN’s Washington Journal, Dr. Ron Paul (R –Tx) announced his campaign for the Presidency of the Untied States. Dr. Paul, a Lake Jackson Texas obstetrician announced that he would be making other announcements today but that C-SPAN was the launching platform for his campaign.

Ron Paul was born and raised in Pennsylvania, received his medical degree from Duke University, was drafted into the US Air Force where he served five years as a flight surgeon and settled in Lake Jackson Texas with his wife and family. Dr. Paul has been a Texas congressman for many years. Dr. Paul then took questions via telephone from C-SPAN's nationwide viewing audience. Dr. Paul responded to a broad range of questions in the constitutionally based direct and to the point responsive manner to which he is well known. His strong pro life, pro gold, pro constitution, anti Federal Reserve and anti Iraq war stance
was clearly set out in his responses. He announced a campaign trip to Arizona this week with a trip to Iowa in coming weeks.

Coming Soon To America: No Passport For Britons Refusing Mass Surveillance

"People who refuse to give up their bank records, tax records & details of any benefits they've claimed, and the records of their car movements for the last year, or refuse to submit to an interrogation on whether they are the same person that this mountain of data belongs to — will be denied passports from March 26th. The Blair government has already admitted that this and other data will be cross-linked so that the Home Office and other officials can spy on the everyday lives of innocent Britons. Britons were already the most spied upon nation in Western Europemore so even than Sweden. Data-mining through this unprecedented level of mass-surveillance allows any future British government to leapfrog even countries like China and North Korea." Click here for more.

Charlton Heston: The Culture War

This is a speech Mr. Heston gave at the Harvard Law School in February, 1999. Sit back for a moment, friends.

This is worth your time:

I remember my son when he was five, explaining to his kindergarten class what his father did for a living.

"My Daddy," he said, "pretends to be people."

There have been quite a few of them.

Prophets from the Old and New Testaments, a couple of Christian saints, generals of various nationalities and different centuries, several kings, three American presidents, a French cardinal and two geniuses, including Michelangelo.

If you want the ceiling re-painted I'll do my best.

It's just that there always seems to be a lot of different fellows up here. I'm never sure which one of them gets to talk. Right now, I guess I'm the guy.

As I pondered our visit tonight it struck me: If my Creator gave me the gift to connect you with the hearts and minds of those great men, then I want to use that same gift now to re-connect you with your own sense of liberty ... your own freedom of thought ... your own compass for what is right. “The North American ‘Soviet’ Union” article generated many emails requesting information on what Americans can do to stop our nation’s unconstitutional “border-dropping” merger into the North American ‘Soviet’ Union.

This article recommends that all Americans who cherish their Constitutional form of government and care about their children’s and grandchildren’s futures contact the following important conservative political action groups with the request they immediately have their members start lobbying (telephoning) the Congress with the demand that hearings (open to the public) be held immediately on the constitutionality of the North American Union (NAU), and that no further government or private action be taken to implement the NAU until such hearings have been properly held, followed up by a vote by both Houses of Congress, the results of which would be published in the Congressional Record and hopefully by the major media. 36 Vermont Towns Vote to Impeach Bush

Could it be the start of something big? Might it only be a matter of time before rural municipalities in Alabama and Kansas follow suit? Don't hold your breath. Vermonters are a proud group, known for their independence, their ice cream, and Socialist Senator, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that they're out front on the impeachment issue.

And while this story will be easy for some to laugh off as nothing more than an idea "firmly outside the political mainstream," it does come on what is shaping up to be a particularly bad week for the White House. Click here and here for more.

Homeland Security offers details on Real ID

States have until 2013 to federalize licenses; rules don't require encryption on new IDs to protect drivers' privacy.

Published: March 1, 2007, 11:05 AM PST

Hundreds of millions of Americans will have until 2013 to be outfitted with new digital ID cards, the Bush administration said on Thursday in a long-awaited announcement that reveals details of how the new identification plan will work.

The announcement by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security offers a five-year extension to the deadline for states to issue the ID cards, and proposes creating the equivalent of a national database that would include details on all 240 million licensed drivers.

According to the draft regulations (PDF), which were required by Congress in the 2005 Real ID Act and are unlikely to assuage privacy and cost concerns raised by state legislatures: Click here for more.

Send A Tax Tip Question To PBS Nightly Business News

HOT Tip from an AFTF supporter about a show that is premiering this evening, March 5, 2007:

Pass the word that a Mr. Kevin McCormally, the tax tip reporter expert for the PBS Nightly Business News has a tax question submission box on the PBS website. You might suggest that everyone write him and ask when he is going to give a real tip. like-" Why don't you tell the American Public the truth"...... and quote all the films, authors, court cases etc.........

This would be a good way for the little man to start the harassment of the media.

03/28/06: The protestors put up the Mexican flag over the American flag flying upside down at Montebello High School in California . (Leo Jarzomb/Staff photo)

I predict this stunt will be the nail in the coffin of any guest-worker/amnesty plan on the table in Washington. The image of the American flag subsumed to another and turned upside down on American soil is already spreading on Internet forums and via e-mail.

Pass this along to every American citizen in your address books and to every representative in the state and federal government. If you choose to remain uninvolved, do not be amazed when you no longer have a nation to call your own nor anything you have worked for left since it will be "redistributed" to the activists while you are so peacefully staying out of the "fray". Check history, it is full of nations/empires that disappeared when its citizens no longer held their core beliefs and values. One person CAN make a difference. One plus one plus one plus one plus one plus one.........

The battle for our secure borders and immigration laws that actually mean something, however, hasn't even begun.

If this ticks YOU off....PASS IT ON!

The Coming Entitlement Meltdown

March 5, 2007

David Walker, Comptroller General at the Government Accountability Office, appeared on the show 60 Minutes last evening to discuss the federal budget outlook. If you saw the show, you know that he painted a very sobering picture regarding the federal governments ability to meet its future obligations.

If you didnt see the show, Mr. Walkers theme was simple: government entitlement spending is like a runaway freight train headed straight at American taxpayers. He singled out the Medicare prescription drug bill, passed by Congress at the end of 2003, as probably the most fiscally irresponsible piece of legislation since the 1960s.

When it comes to Social Security and Medicare, the federal government simply wont be able to keep its promises in the future. That is the reality every American should get used to, despite the grand promises of Washington reformers. Our entitlement system cant be reformed- its too late. And the Medicare prescription drug bill is the final nail in the coffin. Click here for more.

Real ID Requirements from DHS

Notice of Proposed Rulemaking: REAL ID

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has announced draft regulations in the form of a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to establish minimum standards for state-issued driver’s licenses and identification cards in accordance with the REAL ID Act of 2005.

These proposed regulations set standards for states to meet the requirements of the REAL ID Act, including:

* security features that must be incorporated into each card;
* verification of information provided by applicants to establish their identity and lawful status in the United States; and
* physical security standards for locations where licenses and identification cards are issued.

An AFTF Volunteer who also supports JBS commented:

In the meantime you may appreaciate this:

Real ID requirements Comrade Chertoff just released to the states.

The real meat starts around page 131 of the .pdf

The devil is probably in the details of page 138:

(c) Security features to detect false cards. States must employ security features to detect false cards for each of the following three levels:

(1) Level 1. Cursory examination, without tools or aids involving easily identifiable visual or tactile features, for rapid inspection at point of usage.

(2) Level 2. Examination by trained inspectors with simple equipment.

(3) Level 3. Inspection by forensic specialists.

Real ID Act postponed two years

The 2005 law requiring new driver's licenses now won't take effect until 2009.

By Nicole Gaouette, Times Staff Writer
March 2, 2007

WASHINGTON — Under siege from states and angry lawmakers, the White House on Thursday moved back a deadline to implement national driver's license standards that critics say would seriously undermine personal privacy and burden states with a hefty bill.

The announcement that states could have an extra 20 months, until the end of 2009, to meet the requirements of the Real ID Act did little to ease criticism of the law from conservative activists, privacy advocates, motor vehicle departments and lawmakers.

The widespread resistance to a policy the administration considers an essential weapon in the war on terrorism reflects a shift from the almost total support the administration initially enjoyed for its national security agenda after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Click here for more.
