We're hitting America's airwaves. Fred Smart, national volunteer coordinator for Aaron Russo's AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM, was a June 27 guest on the Peter Mac Show, hosted by Peter McCandless in Kansas City.

Also on the show: Robert Allen Jones, an ex-Marine, Vietnam veteran and former Washington DC-based special prosecutor with the Department of Justice in the early 1970s. He tells his own story about the government's attempt to chill his ability to defend his clients before the IRS.

It can be tough getting an independent documentary to a big screen any city, never mind five of them on the same date. For his new policy-bending doc AMERICA: FREEDOM TO FASCISM, director, activist, former Bette Midler manager Aaron Russo has scored a total of nine theaters - so far - in New York, Chicago, Kansas City, Austin and Tampa

New AFTF Volunteer Detail Form


Dear AFTF Volunteers:

June 15th - the 791st anniversary of the Magna Carta in 1215 - marked the one- (1) month anniversary of the official beginning of the AFTF Volunteer Network. On May 15th Aaron appeared as a guest for three hours on "Coast To Coast With George Nora" - http://www.coasttocoastam.com/. On that same night a new link was added to freedomtofascism.com to my email address. There was zero/no automation. Volunteers signed up in droves and we were backed up and overloaded from day one.

One (1) month later, thanks to an AFTF volunteer who is a skilled database developer, we thrilled to announce that we've deployed phase one (1) of a plan to automate this process - i.e. deploying a database with rules and logic which successfully has successfully logged in and responded to the vast majority of the 800+ volunteer submissions.

Volunteer Organization - Phase 2 –

Phase two (2) of our quest to automate this process begins today with the introduction of a follow-up online Volunteer Detail request form, which will allow us to segment our volunteers into groups according to their interests, skills and resources.

AFTF Screened to 250+ individuals at end of Chicago 911 Conference.

The conference was sold out. Standing room only for all sections. Excerpts of Aaron's movie was shown during a 2 hour presentation on Saturday June 3rd and the full movie was show to a very large, enthusiastic crowd of some 250+ individuals on Sunday after the conference officially ended at 6 pm.

The buzz for Aaron's movie has infected the 911 truth movement. Everyone I met wanted to know when/where/how they could see it, screen it, etc. etc. I told them the 15-20 minute trailer would be available soon.

Cancer Treatment for Aaron

Gene Chapman here. Aaron sent out an e-mail about him having cancer treatment in Europe, so I guess it's ok now to post about it here. Fred knows all the details; it appears to be under control, and Aaron is expected to be out of the hospital by the end of June. Be in prayer for Aaron's protection in all areas these days. He carries a heavy message in the movie that stands to change the entire ballance of power in the world, if fully recognized.
