I am very upset with the apparent complacency of my fellow Americans. To this end I propose a nation wide campaign of civil obedience of the speed limit laws. In an attempt to draw attention to the many cases of Government corruption, I propose that every American simply drive the minimum speed limit on all roads, especially during commuting hours on major multi lane roadways. Perpetual gridlock = awareness. Drive 45 in a 70 today, Your grandkids will thank you.
