I realized I didn't really comment on DeBorah's post. I honestly don't believe that Snipes did it out of greed, insanity or ignorance. I think he entrusted people who said they would handle his business. My question is: Is Snipes being set up? Is he the scapegoat? I read an article that said the refund request FAILED. That's very different from "he got the money" or 'he owes the money," isn't it?
