Subsection 4(b) (26) of section 950v. of HR 6166 claims you can be tried in a military court if you are, "Any person subject to this chapter who, in breach of an allegiance or duty to the United States, knowingly and intentionally aids an enemy of the United States, or one of the co-belligerents of the enemy." Can you (or anyone you know) define what a "co-belligerent" is? And how do we know who's been classified as an enemy?
