Primary Objectives of FREEDOM to FASCISM film by Aarron Russo and its supporters



Submitted for review and comments by an AFTF volunteer:

1. Stop the polarization of America
2. Stop the domination of the Democratic and Republican parties over our political system
3. Shut down the Federal Reserve system

NOTE: Article 1, Section 10 para 1, US Constitution in part declares:
“No State shall … make anything but silver and gold coin a tender in payment of debts.”

Congress has violated its economic duty to keep America free in its issuance of US coin and currency.

Therefore, we, the American People, being deprived of our economic liberties seek restoration of the principals that are laid down in the US Constitution by the following:

a. Returning America's gold to Fort Knox and resuming it being audited.
b. Having Congress and the IRS, in a public forum, reveal the law that requires most Americans to pay a direct, un-apportioned tax on their labor.
c. Rescinding the law called the Real ID Act so Americans never have to carry a National ID Card.
d. Making it illegal to implant RFID chips in human beings tracking them for economic purposes.
4. Making computerized voting illegal in all 50 states
5. Keeping the internet free and out of the control of large institutions.
6. Educating juries to the fact that they have the right to determine the law as well as the facts in all cases including tax cases.
a. The American people must know that the judge is merely the referee in all cases under the US Constitution that require juries, compared to “tax court” where the judge is an IRS agent. The real judge is the Jury chosen from among the peers of the accused which is not obligated to follow the instructions of a judge unless
i. his advise permits the innocent to go free and
ii. unless the constitutional provisions and protections for the accused are strictly followed.
iii. There must be a law in writing and shown to the Jury before a defendant can be convicted of any crime.
iv. Since the IRS repeatedly states that filing a US 1040 is voluntary, how can there be a crime of non-filing for the act of agreeing to file voluntarily?
v. A servant government is itself subject to a properly formed Jury of the people.
vi. Never is a masterful government envisioned in the US Constitution.
b. The advocates of the film are not part of any one group of people; rather they agree that honesty and transparency in taxation with absolute accountability for funds received is critical to Liberty.
c. It is better to let the guilty go free rather than to convict even one innocent person.
d. Politicians who are annually “getting tough(er) on crime” are actually creating by legislation new never-heard-of-before crimes. This must stop.
7. Stopping Globalization because it is the path to a One World government.
8. Protecting the American borders
9. Restoring the environment
10. Putting an end to the Patriot Act
11. Signing up millions of Americans to pressure Congress so these objectives can be achieved.
